National Initiative for Human Development (INDH)
The National Initiative for Human Development (INDH), launched by His Majesty King Mohammed VI in 2005, aims to combat poverty, vulnerability, and social exclusion through sustainable development projects.
Phase I (2005-2010)
Focused on basic infrastructure and services to address social disparities.
Phase II (2011-2018)
Expanded to include economic inclusion and targeted programs for vulnerable populations.
Phase III (2019)
Enhanced focus on human capital development, youth empowerment, and economic opportunity.

Program Tracks
Our program offers two complementary tracks to support entrepreneurs at each stage of their development
Pre-Creation Process
After studying the best project ideas, the provider will organize full-time reinforcement, orientation, and profiling sessions for project leaders for one or two weeks, led by expert consultants in entrepreneurial support mobilized by the provider.
This mainly involves welcoming, listening, guidance, conducting necessary studies (market research, project setup, feasibility studies, assistance in establishing the business plan as well as budgetary and legal aspects).
Post-Creation Support
Post-creation support will be provided through a coaching journey including practical training and individual and group support, including on-site (at the business location), adapted to needs, agreed between the provider and the beneficiary, based on an initial assessment.
It will primarily cover management skills essential to the proper conduct of the project, namely financial management, cash flow management, marketing, business opportunity development, sales, and support for administrative formalities, as well as behavioral skills (soft skills).

La Province d'Azilal a été créée par le Dahir n° 1-75-688 du 23 avril 1975, dans le but de rapprocher l'administration du public et d'établir une administration efficace accessible aux acteurs économiques. Elle fait partie de la Région Béni Mellal-Khénifra établie dans le cadre du nouveau découpage régional décrété par le Dahir n° 1-97-84 du 2 avril 1997, relatif à l'organisation des Régions.
Ce territoire abrite des ressources naturelles très diverses et inexploitées. À ce titre, il présente des opportunités pour établir des investissements productifs capables de générer de la valeur ajoutée.

AIDECA provides end-to-end support to young entrepreneurs — from project ideation and training through business plan development, financing facilitation, and post-creation coaching.
